No grease or lubrication means no mess—keeping your home clean and safe for everyone, including pets. The efficient motor, combined with a nylon polymer gear/worm drive, allows for up to 60 up-and-down cycles on batteries during a power outage, ensuring you’re never stranded.
Even if your staircase is narrow, the Freedom Lift fits perfectly. When folded, it becomes the most compact stairlift in the industry, with the rail mounted just 1” from the wall and standing only 3” tall, making it nearly invisible when not in use.
For added convenience, smooth and efficient Power Seat Swivel and Power Footrest options are available, making it easy to mount and dismount the lift effortlessly.

- For 1-Unit Orders: We ship via UPS Ground for safe and efficient delivery.
- For 2 or More Units: Orders will be shipped via a freight truck carrier, ensuring proper handling of larger shipments.
Refund Policies
- Refunds are issued only for unused and unopened products returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Return Policies
- Customers must contact our support team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
- A return authorization number (RA#) will be provided and must be included with the returned item.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Damaged or incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
